This policy describes how Cadaris (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through the website at cadaris.ai. It covers this website only; data processed inside Cadaris deployments for customers is governed by the agreements with those customers.

Information you provide. When you contact us through the Site, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, and any company name or message you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics to understand how the Site is used. This collects usage data such as pages visited, referring pages, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, using cookies or similar technologies. Our hosting infrastructure also keeps routine server logs.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for. We use usage data to operate, secure and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site, and they process data only on our behalf: Vercel hosts the Site, Supabase stores contact requests, Resend delivers our notification email, and PostHog provides the analytics described above. Some of these providers process data in the United States.

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and usage data for as long as it is useful for understanding and improving the Site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the kind of data this Site handles.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you rights over your personal information — including the right to access, correct or delete it, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@cadaris.ai and we will take care of it.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated, and meaningful changes will be reflected on this page.
